How long will my delivery take?
Once dispatched current delivery estimate is 1-3 working days. During certain busy periods such as Black Friday, Sale and specific promotions, your delivery may take a little longer to reach you.
Can I cancel my order?
We know that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, so as soon as your order is placed our warehouse team are on hand to pick and pack the products you have carefully chosen. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend orders once the checkout process has been completed.
Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'. If anything additional is needed, such as a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the unwanted items to us in line with our returns policy.
Will I be charged customs?
Great news, we have a warehouse based in Ireland and therefore no orders will be charges customs – what you pay at the checkout is what you will pay.
Can I use an in-store gift card online?
Unfortunately in-store gift cards can’t be spent online as our payment processor doesn’t recognise them.
Do you accept One4All gift cards?
We accept One4All gift cards. A One4All card is a prepaid VISA card so you fill in the card details as if you were filling in a regular credit/debit card.
As of January 10th, 2020, there is a maximum limit of €50 per transaction when using your One4all Gift Card online. This limit is in place due to the EU's 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive which is aimed at the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
Can I return an online order in-store?
An exchange can be processed in-store so long as they have the exchange item you’re looking for, if it’s a refund you want then they’ll send it back to the online depot for you where we’ll process it here. Please note a refund processed this way can take 7-10 working days to go back into your bank account. For more about returns please follow this link.
Can I return in-store purchases to online?
Unfortunately we cannot accept in-store purchases to our online warehouse. Please return your in-store purchase to any of our stores. For more about returns please follow this link.
