General Information

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. Our service is generally next working day delivery with An Post. All orders received before 2pm on a normal working day should be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders can take more than 2/3 days to be delivered if the item is not available in our warehouse but we aim to deliver an item ordered before 2pm within 2 days.

Our warehouse is closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. Tracking is available and a signature required on delivery. Please note An Post will deliver to the address provided and it is up to the customer to ensure that it is a secure address. Please ensure you provide a phone number you can be contacted on in case of there being nobody to sign for the package as the driver will then contact you to arrange alternative delivery. Delivery date posted on the website is approximate and is not guaranteed. Delivery from can only be made to addresses in Ireland.

During certain busy periods such as Black Friday, Sale and specific promotions, your delivery may take a little longer to reach you.

Please note that it is up to the purchaser to track their order. An email is sent with every order when shipped with tracking details. If you have an issue with your delivery please contact our customer support team within a maximum of seven days, quoting your tracking number in order for us to manage your delivery issue effectively.

Please note due to Covid-19 restrictions signatures will not be required during delivery. Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address.


Shipping Costs

Our standard delivery cost is €4.50. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Orders over the value of €40 will be delivered for free.


Tracking your order

You can track your order with our shipping partners at An Post. You'll find your An Post tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent upon your order's dispatch from our depot. Once your package has left our depot and is with An Post, we are no longer in control of your items. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact An Post directly and quote your tracking number.
