When can I return an item?
You can return an item* bought online for any reason within 30 days*** (14 days for in store purchases) from the day you received it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retains all original packaging & labeling. When returning an item, all promotional items must be returned with them.Boxer shorts and other forms of underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note you cannot return store bought purchases for a refund to our online depot as we cannot process the refund without the credit card details Download our returns form.
How can I return an item?
You can send your returns by post or courier to our head office address which is given below. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our offices. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward with a returns form enclosed in your package.We recommend that you use a carrier that will provide a traceable return process as until the parcel is received in our warehouse it remains your responsibility.
For simple returns you can use Dpd by clicking on the link below, entering as a guest and selecting Diesel.ie (LEMAP Ltd) from the retailer list. You must pay for this yourself (max payment €5.85) but track and trace is available on this service. You must drop this return off at a Dpd designated drop off point.
Please note this is not a diesel return service and it is your responsibility to track this return, Diesel is not responsible for this return until it is received in our warehouse.
*** before using this service make sure there is a designated dpd drop off point close to you as this is not always the case in more remote areas
Who covers the cost of returning an item?
You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. We have provided a link for dpd return which costs €5.85 or you can use another delivery service like An Post
Upon inspection of the returned item, We will reimburse the postage costs of your item only if it is faulty ( please note we will try to repair or replace first) and only after you notify us before shipping. If you are shipping an item over €50, We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does a refund/exchange take?
From being received at our warehouse it usually takes no more than 72 hours* for us to process. Refunds should show in your account 3-4 working days & exchanges 3-5 working days later.
*Please note this will change around our busy periods, e.g. Christmas.
*Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, underwear.

3 For 2 Returns Terms & Conditions
Cheapest item is free. All items are subject to availability. If qualifying items are returned within the 30 day guarantee, only the discounted price will be refunded. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. If any paid item forming part of the qualifying purchase is returned for a refund, then the qualifying purchase will cease to be a qualifying purchase and the complimentary product must be returned in an undamaged state.
Christmas extended returns policy for on line orders
items purchased from the 24th October to the 24th December 2019 can be returned for an exchange or refund up to the 7th January 2020 in store or posted back to our warehouse by no later than the 14th of January with an original receipt or invoice.
Items must be in their original condition and have swing tags attached. For promotional offers you must return any free item for us to process a refund.
Returns of Sale items or when returning with a gift receipt we offer an exchange or store credit only.
**No exchanges or refunds can be processed in store on the 26th and 27th December.**
General Return Conditions
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.
We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s) or may be directly returned to the purchaser.
All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery.
If you are exchanging an item for the same item in a different size, pattern or colour you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, but the re-shipment cost of the exchange order is free.
Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for you will be refunded the full price of that item less refunded the full price of that item less If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
