When can I return an item?
You can return an item for any reason within 14 days from the day you received it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retains all original packaging & labeling. When returning an item, all promotional items must be returned with them.Boxer shorts and other forms of underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How can I return an item?
You can send your returns to our head office address which is given below. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our offices. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward with a returns form enclosed in your package.

Who covers the cost of returning an item?
You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Upon inspection of the returned item, We will reimburse the postage costs of your item only if it is faulty/damaged.If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does a refund/exchange take?
From being received at our warehouse it usually takes no more than 72 hours* for us to process. Refunds should show in your account 3-4 working days & exchanges 3-5 working days later.
